It’s on its way

Scientists tell us that light travels at 186,282 miles per second.

The nearest star to our planet is over 4 light years away.

The stars we see in the sky are so far away that it takes the light rays coming from those stars several minutes before they reach Earth for us to see them.

Even though the stars are BIG and light travels FAST, it STILL takes time for us to see them.

The Moral: Just because you don’t see the light doesn’t mean it isn’t there. It’s on its way. You just have to keep your head up!
