Walk on water

Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the sea. When the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear. But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.” “Come,” he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” -Matthew 14:25-31

Peter walked on water, until he looked at the waves. Then he started to sink.

Lose your focus and you’ll drown every time.

Stay obsessed with your mission and you’ll do the seemingly miraculous.

You can’t take your eyes away from your vision without disconnecting from your personal power.

Success can only be achieved by consistently tuning in to your vision and persistently moving towards it.

Don’t deny what’s in front of you. But don’t let what’s in front of you keep you from affirming what lies ahead.

Life is a sea filled with intimidating waves; people who don’t play by the rules, individuals with advantages you don’t have, competition, criticism, unanswered questions, bad weather, untimely problems, unfair politics, etc.

Some people get captivated by the waves. Others keep walking on water.

When I see you on the sea, I hope you’re one of the ones who’s walking.

Cheers 🙂
