The truth is your friend
It is often said that a good friend is someone who is courageous enough to tell you the truth about yourself.
I agree.
But there is more:
The ultimate truth about who you are, when properly communicated and adequately understood, is something that should make you feel immense reverence and appreciation for your own beauty.
Any truth that fails to produce that effect in your consciousness is only a half-truth.
You may feel ugly, but the truth of your being is that you are a perfect expression of Infinite Perfection.
You may have flaws, but the truth of your being is that you are unconditionally loved and destined for greatness.
A true friend will always remind you that the truth is your friend.
So, if anyone ever tells you the truth about yourself without ending on an empowering and encouraging note, I suggest you find another source for obtaining information about who you really are.
Because if it doesn’t make you free, it’s not the whole story.
That’s my two cents,
