A break-up is a break-through

Don’t measure the value of your former relationships solely by how you felt on the day of your break-up.

There is more to your story than bad memories and moments of pain.

The significance of an entire chapter shouldn’t be determined by the mood you were in while you were turning the last page.

Every so-called break-up is actually a break-through into a higher dimension of self-hood.

The people from your past were part of your journey for a reason; they each played a pivotal role in the shaping of who you were destined to become.

Be thankful for it all.

Your spiritual evolution is nothing to be bitter about.

That’s today’s two cents.

Cheers,

T.K. Coleman
