I’ve learned a lot from many experts, but the most important thing I’ve learned from them is that they are”experts” because they found a way to get it done.
People don’t make their achievements because they are experts. They are made experts because of their achievements.
Great achievers are imperfect people, like you and I, who got out there and embarrassed themselves, in the same way you and I are afraid to do, until they eventually got it right.
Waiting until you become an expert before getting started is the least expert-like thing you can possibly do.
Qualifications be damned!
You’ll become qualified when you stop letting the condition of being unqualified prevent you from diving into the creative process.
Start moving towards your goals NOW, even if you have to break or reinvent the rules.
Jump out there on the dance floor, start moving around in the best way you know how, laugh at yourself as you stumble, and keep going until you find your rhythm.
That’s my two cents.
