The first words my personal trainer said to me were,
“You’ll never stop running into people that are healthier and more physically fit than you—people who know more, who do more, and who think you should be pushing yourself harder. The important thing to remember is that you don’t need to be as healthy or fit as anyone else thinks you need to be. As long as you stay focused on doing better, you’re already doing what’s best for you.”
And that, my friends, is today’s two cents.
