Your looks don’t determine your significance and self-worth.
Popular standards of beauty will only hold you back if you let them hold you back.
Do people with so-called “good looks” get preferential treatment?
But so do people who create value for others. So do people who devote their lives to making positive differences in the universe.
And you and I don’t need to be “pretty”, “handsome”, or “sexy” in order to be one of those people.
All forms of physical beauty will eventually fade with time, but a lifestyle of generosity and creativity will leave a legacy that endures forever.
At least that’s the way I see it.
