I write everyday because…

I write everyday because…

…writing is a spiritual practice whose rewards are more important to me than anything I could possibly gain from not writing.

I write everyday because…

…the opportunity to be transformed by the creative process is more valuable to me than the convenience of not committing.

I write everyday because…

…the competence and confidence I gain over the long-term outweighs the risk of looking like an unqualified “wannabe” in the short-term.

I write everyday because…

…I always feel proud and accomplished after I do it (even on days when I think my writing is terrible).

I write everyday because…

…I have nothing to lose except for my fears, insecurities, and self-doubts.
