Do Your Job, But Don’t Be Your Job

You are not your job.

Your job is only one of many ways in which you can express your indefinite potential.

In Victory Over the Darkness, Neil T. Anderson wrote “we are human beings, not human doings.”

If you need to define yourself in terms of work, define yourself in terms of the reasons why you work.

Jobs will come and go, but a sense of purpose will last for a lifetime.
