  2. How am I making myself more hireable and indispensable?

If you’re NOT generating great answers to #2, it won’t matter how many great answers there are to #1.

Generate great answers to #2 and the answer to #1 will change because of you.

Opportunities are not “open” or “closed” based on job listings.

Opportunities are “open” or “closed” based on your listening skills, your sales skills, your networking skills, your negotiating skills, and your ability to leverage the small victories that everyone else dismisses.
