You can’t sue people for wasting your time and draining your energy

You can’t sue people for wasting your time and draining your energy.

If you’ve ever felt that you wasted your life on someone, let it go. Dwelling on it and being bitter only perpetuates the process of focusing attention away from what you need to create.

You can’t force people to be what you want them to be, but you can choose to stop forcing relationships that aren’t healthy for you.

You don’t need to create a blacklist. Nor is it necessary to spitefully cut anyone out of your life.

Just make the choice that, from here on out, you’re going to orient the output of your life-energy around what satisfies and edifies you.

If you do that, the people who don’t vibrate at the frequency you’ve chosen will gradually begin to fade away without any need, on your part, to fight or condemn them.

That, my friends, is stress-free living. Feel free to join me anytime.
