Bad news needn’t be conveyed with bad taste

The integrity of a message is neither compromised nor contradicted by the presence of compassion.

Classiness is always an option no matter how negative the information we have to communicate.

“Keep it real” doesn’t have to mean “neglect how they feel.”

Being truthful is perfectly compatible with being tactful.

At least that’s the way I see it.
